  • Celtics' Xavier Tillman: Probable for Tuesday

Tillman (knee) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Following a three-game absence with left knee inflammation, Tillman is expected to return to action Tuesday. Luke Kornet (personal) has already been ruled out against Toronto, so Tillman could be in line to share the backup center minutes with the probable Neemias Queta (illness) if Al Horford (toe) sits out.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Probable for Tuesday

Queta (illness) is probable for Tuesday's matchup against the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Queta is likely to return to game action after missing Sunday's win over the Knicks due to a non-COVID illness. The big man has received inconsistent playing time over his last five outings, during which he has averaged 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds across 9.4 minutes per contest. However, Queta could see an uptick in playing time Tuesday with Luke Kornet (personal) sidelined, especially if Al Horford (toe) is downgraded from questionable to out.

  • Celtics' Al Horford: Questionable to play Tuesday

Horford (toe) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Horford has been on and off the injury report this season due to a left toe sprain. Tuesday is the first leg of a back-to-back set for the Celtics, and with Luke Kornet (personal) already ruled out against Toronto, Horford's absence would lead to a significant increase in playing time for Neemias Queta (illness) and Xavier Tillman (knee) behind starting center Kristaps Porzingis. Horford has averaged 7.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists over 25.0 minutes per game in February.

  • Celtics' Luke Kornet: Out for Tuesday

Kornet (personal) is out for Tuesday's game against the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Kornet's absence should clear up some extra minutes from the bench Tuesday, and his next chance to return arrives Wednesday in Detroit. With Al Horford (toe) questionable against Toronto, Neemias Queta (illness) and Xavier Tillman (knee) are likely to play and could split the backup center minutes.

  • Celtics' Jrue Holiday: Won't play Tuesday

Holiday (rest) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Toronto, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Holiday will receive the night off during the first leg of the club's back-to-back set. His next chance to play will come Wednesday against Detroit. With the veteran guard sidelined, Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser will likely see a bump in minutes.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Starts off hot Sunday

Porzingis logged 15 points (6-15 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, three blocks and one steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's 118-105 win over the Knicks.

Porzingis helped the Celtics build a 21-point halftime lead by scoring 13 of his 15 points over the first two quarters of Sunday's game, though he wasn't able to carry that hot shooting into the second half. Porzingis made his presence felt on the defensive end of the floor, dissuading Knicks players from driving to the basket while swatting three shots for the fourth time this season. Porzingis has averaged 18.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.3 blocks over 31.6 minutes per game since the beginning of February.

  • Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Comes alive in second half

Brown racked up 24 points (10-21 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and two steals across 37 minutes during Sunday's 118-105 victory over the Knicks.

Brown was limited to just six points through the first half of Sunday's game. He turned things around in the second half, with 11 of his points coming in the fourth quarter to extend the Celtics' lead back up to double digits. Brown has been a steady scoring presence for the Celtics all season, and since the beginning of January he has averaged 20.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.0 steals over 34.9 minutes per game.

  • Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Near triple-double Sunday

Tatum finished Sunday's 118-105 win over the Knicks with 25 points (8-20 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 10 rebounds, nine assists and one steal over 37 minutes.

Tatum's elite all-around game was on full display during Sunday's matinee, as he led the Celtics in all three major stat categories and fell one assist shy from logging his second triple-double in as many games and third of the season. Boston is currently on a five-game winning streak, and over that span, Tatum has averaged 29.0 points on 46.4 percent shooting, 9.8 rebounds and 6.4 assists over 36.7 minutes per game. He'll look to help extend the Celtics' win streak to six games Tuesday against the Raptors.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Downgraded to out Sunday

Queta (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Knicks, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Queta has held a sporadic depth role in Boston's frontcourt this season, but he'll join Xavier Tillman (knee) in street clothes Sunday, which could open up more minutes for newcomer Torrey Craig. Queta's next chance to suit up will come Tuesday in Toronto.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Listed questionable for Sunday

Queta is questionable for Sunday's game against the Knicks due to a non-COVID illness, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Queta has been a depth option in the frontcourt all season long, but he's in danger of missing Sunday's rivalry matchup against the Knicks due to an illness. A decision on his status will likely be made closer to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET tipoff, but even if he's available, he's not likely to have a big impact in the rotation.

  • Celtics' Xavier Tillman: Won't play Sunday

Tillman (knee) is out for Sunday's game against the Knicks, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Tillman will miss a third straight game due to inflammation in his left knee, and it remains to be seen when the big man will be able to return to the hardwood. However, his absence won't generate a big impact in fantasy, as he's averaging a mere 7.3 minutes per game in 2024-25. His next chance to play will come against the Raptors on Tuesday.

  • Celtics' Jrue Holiday: Light minutes in return

Holiday (shoulder) recorded eight points (3-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt), two assists and one rebound across 20 minutes in Thursday's 124-104 win over the 76ers.

Holiday had missed the Celtics' final four games before the All-Star break due to a right shoulder impingement, but he was cleared to make his return to the lineup as Boston opened its second-half schedule. The veteran guard wasn't on any reported minutes restriction heading into the night, but the blowout nature of the contest resulted in his playing time being suppressed. Though Holiday should get more run in competitive contests, the Celtics had held him under 30 minutes in four of his previous eight contests. Blowouts were a factor on three of those occasions, but Holiday has also ceded more playing time to sixth man Payton Pritchard this season while his efficiency has trended downward. Holiday is converting at a 43.9 percent clip from the field and a 34.6 percent clip from three-point range, which are his lowest rates since the 2015-16 and 2018-19 seasons, respectively.

  • Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Logs second triple-double of season

    Tatum recorded 15 points (5-13 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 11 rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in 35 minutes during Thursday's 124-104 victory over the 76ers.

It was Tatum's second triple-double of the year, but his 15 points matched a season low in Thursday's rout. Over his last seven games, the superstar forward has averaged 27.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 0.9 blocks and 4.0 three-pointers in 36.4 minutes. Tatum had reached the 20-point mark in six of his last seven contests before Thursday, so it shouldn't be long before he bounces back in the scoring department.

  • Celtics' Payton Pritchard: Erupts for game-high 28 points

Pritchard notched 28 points (10-18 FG, 8-15 3Pt) and four assists in 31 minutes during Thursday's 124-104 victory over the 76ers.

Pritchard erupted for a game-high 28 points off the bench, falling one point short of his season high and draining eight three-pointers to match a season-best figure. The 27-year-old guard can be a streaky shooter, but overall, he's averaged a solid 13.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 1.0 steals and 3.3 three-pointers over his last eight outings while shooting 41.3 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Full stat line in rout

Porzingis totaled 17 points (5-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 25 minutes during Thursday's 124-104 win over the 76ers.

Although Porzingis didn't have a huge impact outside the scoring department, he was still able to put together a full stat line despite his minutes being limited by Thursday's rout. The star big man remains a key producer in Boston's lineup on both ends of the floor, averaging 20.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.1 blocks, 1.3 steals and 2.8 three-pointers across his last eight contests while shooting 41.5 percent from downtown.

  • Celtics' Derrick White: Second double-double of season

White ended Thursday's 124-104 victory over Philadelphia with 16 points (5-10 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds and two assists across 26 minutes.

White produced his second double-double of the season while grabbing 10 rebounds, one shy of the team-high mark behind Jayson Tatum's 11 boards Thursday. The 30-year-old combo guard's defensive stats have dried out a bit of late, but he's maintained steady averages of 17.6 points, 4.8 assists, 4.2 rebounds, 0.5 steals, 0.5 blocks and 3.6 three-pointers while shooting 41.9 percent from deep over his last 10 games.
