  • Golden Knights' Kaedan Korczak: Playing time opens up

Korczak logged an assist in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Korczak got the nod to join the lineup over Ben Hutton. There's an opening on the Golden Knights' defense for as long as Shea Theodore (arm) is out -- Theodore is considered week-to-week after getting hurt during his time with Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off. Korczak has done fine when called upon this season, earning four assists, 15 shots on net, 28 hits, 20 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating across 19 appearances. Until he shows success over a larger sample, he doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy.

  • Golden Knights' Zach Whitecloud: Snags helper Saturday

Whitecloud registered an assist, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Whitecloud has a chance to carve out a larger role while Shea Theodore (arm) is out of action. That didn't fully come to fruition Saturday -- Whitecloud's 16:47 of ice time versus the Canucks is only minimally higher than his 16:22 per game this season. The blueliner is at 10 points, 52 shots on net, 69 hits, 70 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over 50 appearances, and he's earned a point in three straight games (one goal, two assists).

  • Golden Knights' Nicolas Roy: Posts assist in win

Roy registered an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Roy has three points over five games in February, matching his output from the prior 10 contests. With the Golden Knights missing just William Karlsson (lower body) among the regulars at center, there's little room for Roy to move up in the lineup. He's at 20 points, 71 shots on net, 42 hits, 37 PIM, 21 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating across 46 appearances. Roy won't offer a lot of fantasy appeal from the fourth line, though he does a little bit of everything and continues to see power-play time on the second unit.

  • Golden Knights' Victor Olofsson: Sends assist Saturday

Olofsson logged an assist and five shots on goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Olofsson has two helpers over his last three contests. The game in between those assists saw Olofsson leave with an injury after just 33 seconds of ice time, but he was able to heal up during the two-week break for the 4 Nations Face-Off. The Swedish winger is up to 11 goals, 10 assists, 70 shots on net and a plus-11 rating over 36 appearances this season. Olofsson has a little fantasy value as an offense-only option as long as he stays on the top line at even strength, though any slip from the Golden Knights could see Mark Stone retake that spot.

  • Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Collects two helpers in win

Howden notched two assists, five shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Howden helped out on third-period tallies by Brandon Saad and Tomas Hertl as the Golden Knights finished off a comeback win. Howden earned his first multi-point effort since Dec. 27 versus the Sharks. The 26-year-old had only four points over his previous 18 outings. For the season, he's been a pleasant surprise in a bottom-six role, racking up a career-high 25 points (16 goals, nine assists), 98 shots on net, 96 hits, 44 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 56 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Brandon Saad: Scores game-winner Saturday

Saad scored a goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Saad tallied 18 seconds into the third period, knocking home a second chance after a Zach Whitecloud shot went wide and caromed in front off the end boards. With three points over five outings with the Golden Knights, Saad appears to have found a good landing spot after a poor first half with the Blues. Overall, he has nine goals, 19 points, 86 shots on net and a minus-14 rating through 48 appearances this season. He's filling a middle-six role with power-play time in Vegas, and while he won't add a physical element, the offense has been enough to be worth a look in deep fantasy formats.

  • Golden Knights' Tomas Hertl: Fills empty cage

Hertl scored an empty-net goal on four shots and added two hits in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

Hertl has scored in back-to-back contests and has 11 goals in 15 games dating back to Jan. 12. The 31-year-old doesn't appear to be slowing down, and he's playing in a second-line role with power-play time that should allow him to be steady on offense. For the season, the center has 22 goals, 43 points (18 on the power play), 144 shots on net, 77 hits, 48 blocked shots and a minus-12 rating through 57 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Ivan Barbashev: Gets back in goal column

Barbashev scored a goal on four shots, added two PIM and logged two hits in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

The goal was Barbashev's first since Dec. 14. He had been limited to four assists over 15 outings since he returned from an upper-body injury in mid-January. The 29-year-old winger has maintained a top-six role despite the downturn in scoring, but it's possible the 4 Nations Face-Off break allowed him to reset and get back on track. For the season, he has 16 goals, 35 points, 80 shots on net, 85 hits and a plus-15 rating across 47 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Strong showing in win

Hill allowed one goal on 34 shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.

It was a close game, and Hill had to be good in his first game action in over two weeks. He allowed a goal to Jake DeBrusk in the second period, but Hill was unbeatable in the third period, allowing the Golden Knights to make a comeback for the win. The 28-year-old netminder has won just three of his last eight games, and he's lost every game in which he gave up more than one goal in that span. Hill is 21-10-4 with a 2.59 GAA and a .903 save percentage over 35 appearances this season. The Golden Knights are back in action on the road versus the Kings on Monday.

  • Golden Knights' Victor Olofsson: Set to play

Olofsson (upper body) is expected to play against Vancouver on Saturday, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Olofsson won't miss any additional playing time after leaving the team's 4-3 win over Boston on Feb. 8. He has compiled 11 goals, 20 points and 65 shots on net in 35 appearances this season.

  • Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Guarding goal Saturday

Hill will patrol the home crease against Vancouver on Saturday, per Jesse Granger of The Athletic.

Hill has two wins in his last seven outings (2-3-2) while allowing 21 goals on 188 shots. He has a 20-10-4 record with two shutouts, a 2.64 GAA and a .900 save percentage through 34 appearances this season. Vancouver is tied for 22nd in the league with 2.80 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Golden Knights' Tanner Pearson: Removed from IR

Pearson (undisclosed) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, per the NHL media site.

Vegas returned Jonas Rondbjerg to AHL Henderson in a corresponding move. Pearson will occupy a bottom-six role in Saturday's lineup versus Vancouver after missing the last three games. He has nine goals, 19 points, 69 shots on net, 32 blocked shots and 74 hits across 53 appearances this season.

  • Golden Knights' Jonas Rondbjerg: Heads to minors

Rondbjerg was sent to AHL Henderson on Saturday, per the NHL media site.

Rondbjerg has no points in 11 appearances with Vegas in 2024-25. At the AHL level, he has provided eight goals and 18 points across 36 outings with Henderson.

  • Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Fourth assist of 4 Nations Face-Off

Eichel picked up his fourth assist of the 4 Nations Face-Off in the USA's 2-1 loss to Sweden on Monday.

Eichel has been highly effective in three games so far, putting up helpers against every competitor. He heads into Thursday's championship game against Canada not knowing if either of his linemates, Matthew Tkachuk (lower body) or Brady Tkachuk (undisclosed), will be available after injuries suffered against Canada and Sweden, respectively. Eichel may need to step his game up even more if those two are unable to dress.

  • Golden Knights' Trevor Connelly: Returning from injury Friday

Connelly has been dealing with an injury, but he'll draw back into the lineup for Providence College on Friday, Mark Divver of the New England Hockey Journal reports.

Connelly has been limited to 15 NCAA appearances as a freshman this season, but he's been effective when healthy, providing three goals, 11 points and 23 PIM for Providence. Vegas took him with the No. 19 overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft. He has the potential to develop into a top-six forward for the Golden Knights.
