Dolphins' Ryan Cooper: Claimed off waivers by Fins
The Dolphins claimed Cooper off waivers Monday.
Cooper spent most of the 2024 regular season on the Ravens' practice squad, but he did manage to play in Week 8 against the Browns. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks in January but was waived Saturday. Cooper will get a chance to participate in offseason workouts with the Dolphins with the aim of making the 53-man roster for the 2025 season.

Dolphins' Tanner Conner: Limited to eight games in 2024
Conner (knee), who ended the 2024 campaign on IR, secured three of four targets for 16 yards across eight regular-season appearances with the Dolphins.
Conner landed on IR due to an undisclosed left knee injury in mid-November. The 26-year-old tight end remains under contract with Miami for the 2025 campaign, so it will be notable to monitor whether he's healthy enough to participate at the start of offseason activities.

Dolphins' Jack Stoll: Headed for free agency
Stoll was not targeted across four regular-season appearances with the Dolphins in 2024. He also appeared in seven regular-season games with the Eagles, securing two of three targets for 10 yards.
Stoll concluded the 2024 campaign on Miami's roster after having been claimed off waivers from Philadelphia. Back in 2023, he put up five catches for 38 yards (on eight targets) across 17 regular-season appearances with the Eagles. The 27-year-old tight end will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Dolphins' Alec Ingold: Plays 15 games in 2024
Ingold rushed 10 times for 17 yards and one touchdown across 15 regular-season games with the Dolphins in 2024. He also secured 11 of 12 targets for 96 receiving yards and fumbled twice, losing one.
Ingold handled his usual role as Miami's starting fullback, mostly contributing as a blocker but remaining capable when called upon as a runner or in the receiving game. He has two years remaining on his contract with the Dolphins.
